Driving Lesson's Terms & Conditions
In order to have driving lessons you must:
- Be aged 17 or older (16 or over if disabled)
- Hold a driving licence that is valid for the UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence)
It is your responsibility to provide your instructor with proof that you have a valid licence to drive before the commencement of your first driving lesson. If you fail to provide this proof, your instructor is entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for the driving lesson. The Client must be able to read a number plate at a distance of 20.5 metres (67 feet) (with glasses or lenses if normally worn).
Cancellation Policy
You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to your instructor if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a pre-booked driving lesson. Failure to do so will result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson.
Transferring Prepaid Lessons
You cannot sell or transfer driving lessons which have been purchased in your name to any other person.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You must ensure that you are in a fit state to drive safely, and at no time during the training are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance or otherwise suffering a condition that may affect your ability to drive. If at any time the Instructor, in his absolute discretion, considers that the you are not in a fit state to drive safely, then the Instructor may refuse to proceed with the Training Session or stop the Training Session. No refund for that Training Session will be payable. The tuition vehicle must be treated with care and respect. Any wilful or malicious damage must be paid for by the pupil responsible.
All driving lessons must be taken within 6 months of the date of the original payment. after this date you would not be entitled to a refund or driving lessons. It is your responsibility to book lessons with your instructor or request a refund within the 6 months of original payment.
